BizCore Central is a powerful, scalable web based ASP.NET 2.0 set of tools to help you manage all your customers support and sales issues online. This powerful module includes a highly customizable private, public and semi-public Support Forum, Knowledge Base, File Manager, Subscription Services, Issue Tracker and Suggestion Tracker. The Control Panel allows Administrators to manage the entire site.

  Discussion Forums
The Discussion Forum is a powerful, scalable and fully customizable bulletin board system for your web site. It is written in ASP.NET 2.0 and takes advantage of AJAX with a highly efficient SQL Server 2005 back-end database engine. It is an ideal community solution for all medium to large sites.

BizCore Central can be integrated into VisionCore or run standalone without VisionCore. When integrated with VisionCore it will save you time since you will not have to enter all your customer data twice. The forums can be public or private as well as based on subscriptions where you can set an expiration date per company.

When a user posts a topic an email can be sent to specific email groups alert them. When you reply an email is sent to the user alerting them a reply is waiting. Using the Preferences you can set reminder emails to be sent out if a topic has not been replied to in a certain number of hours. This ensures great customer service. Multiple Status levels can be assigned for each topic and a user can even attach a file or insert a screen shot.

A convenient Status page that lists all New or Pending topics. This is a great way to quickly see what topics need to be answered. You can even assign a topic to a specific user or group.

The powerful forum editor includes in-line spell checking, image uploads, emoticons and a host of other word like features.

Comes complete with a very powerful online editor for updating the content on the fly.

  Issue Tracker & Suggestion Tracker
The Issue Tracker is a powerful online tool to track and fix issues reported by your customers. This can be used in many types of businesses like software, hardware, automotive, manufacturing, retail or any other industry where you need to track issues reported by your customers.

The Suggestion Tracker is very similar to the Issue Tracker but it is used to track customer feedback and suggestions. This is a great online tool that administrators can use to manage the suggestions and schedule when to assign them to be implemented.

Both of these programs can be public or private based on your needs. You can assign either of them to email certain users based on the category they were assigned to. Powerful reporting and summary tools are also included with both these modules.
