  • All Find forms (82 in total) allow each user to configure each individual Find form exactly the way they want.   • Create New Company Wizard will step you through all the necessary information required to create a new company for either Access or SQL Server.

  • GL Account Wizard will step you through adding additional chart of accounts.

  • Open Database form that combines opening an Access Database or SQL Server Database.

  • Country form which is pre-populated with over 160 countries. The Country form is also used to determine the format of all the phone number fields in the program. Using this form you can decide if you want to show the country code, the number of digits and mask for the Area/City Code and the number of digits and mask for the local number.

  • Phone Number Format buttons are placed next to every phone number field. This will automatically set the format of the phone number based on the country selected in the form. This uses the Country forms data to determine how the phone number should be formatted.

  • Country field in the Company Preference form can be used to set your default Country.

  • Added a new Chart of Account Adjustment form which can be used to delete, move or rename accounts and groups

  • Added enhanced Unit of Measure subform to the Inventory form which includes 3 Dimension fields

  • Added a Batch Delete Orders form that can quickly remove completed orders based on several criteria.

  • When Receiving Inventory in the Purchase Receipt form the Order Status will now show "Received" instead of Completed. When you later Process that Purchase Receipt to Bill it will stamp that Purchase Receipt as Complete.
