Verify Customer Information

If Verify Customer Info checkbox is checked in the Customer form, every time you create a Sales transaction like Quote, Order, Invoice, RMA and Credit Memo,

this message will be shown.

Clicking OK on the above message box will open the Customer form so you can verify the customer’s information.

Once you are through with making the change/s and you close the Customer form, the Verify Customer Info checkbox will be disabled.

When you re-open the Customer form, you will see that the said option is already disabled.
