Selecting Matrix Items on Sales Order

There are 2 ways on how you can select Matrix items.

1. By using the Item No.

Let’s say you know the specific Item No., then you can use that to find the item on the Sales Order.

Example: Take note of PILLOWCASE-1-K

In the Sales Order, find for that Item No. and select the item.

2. By using item’s Attributes

Let’s say you know the Item’s attributes, then you can use that to find the item on the Sales Order.

Example: Take note of the highlighted attributes.

In the Sales Order, type pillowcase and then select the item.

Once the Inventory Matrix Attributes form opens, select the noted attributes and click OK button.
