Under the Printing tab on User Preferences form, there are two types of check paper that you may use when printing checks.
•Pre-printed Check Paper – when printing on a check paper with check number already printed on it, use the Pre-printed Check Paper option. When enabled, the system will no longer print the check numbers on the paper since it already has one.
•Plain Check Paper – this is basically a blank paper. When enabled, the system will print the check numbers assigned on the check paper.
1.“Void the Check Stub Overflow” option is enabled.
a)Pre-printed Check Paper – the overflow is voided and check numbers are incremented.
b)Plain Check Paper – the overflow is voided and check number is not incremented.
2.“Print the stub overflow on the Entire Sheet” option is enabled – the check number will not be incremented.
a)Pre-printed Check Paper
b)Plain Check Paper
Note: When printing checks, the option “Print Check Number” will automatically be disabled when using Pre-printed Check Paper. This option will only be enabled when printing on a Plain Check Paper. You may also uncheck the checkbox if you choose not to print the check number.
