Industry, Customer and Workers Code in the Customer form

This documentation will show that Customer Codes form is no longer available because Customer Codes button is removed from the Tools Menu. Instead, it is transferred in the General tab of the Customer form where three codes are added.

Customer Codes button is removed from the Tools Menu and the Customer Codes form is no longer available.

Three codes are added in the Customer form > General tabs.
