Import from Excel and Rapid Entry Shipped Qty

VisionCore has added new feature when Importing Items From Excel and Rapid Entry in where Shipped Qty will automatically equal to Ordered Qty.

From the Invoice form, click the Tools menu -> Import From Excel.

Use the Order Template that consists of  productID's, Ordered Qty and Price. Once the data were imported, Shipped Qty is equal to Ordered Qty.

From the Invoice form, click the Rapid Item Entry.

Enter the productID and the Ordered Qty which exists in the database. Once you are done, click the OK button.

The productID's and the Ordered Qty will be populated also in Invoice form. As you can see in the screenshot below, Shipped Qty is equal to the Ordered Qty.
