How Sorting in Find Form works

By default all Find forms follow this sorting order:  Most current added record/transaction will show on top.

But you still have the option to change the sorting the way you would want your records be shown on the Find Form.  To do this, open the  Find Form Settings form by clicking on the Settings button.

When the Find Form Settings form opens, assign a field on the Sort Field and choose how you would want that field to be sorted in Sort Order field, options on this field are Ascending and Descending.

Ex. ProductID is selected in Sort Field and Ascending in Sort Order field.

Clicking OK will then change the order of your Find Inventory form, order of the records are arranged by Product ID in ascending order > A-Z .
