Enhanced Sales Rep Group Form

Sales Rep Group form is enhanced by adding new fields which include the following:

a.Phone 2

b.Alt Phone

c.Mobile

d.Email2

e.Date Hired

f.Birth Date

g.Gender

h.Nick Name

i.Marital Status

j.Spouse

k.Ethnic Origin

l.Territory

 

1.A second row of fields under the Sales Rep ID is added which is visible on all tabs. The Name field is a read-only field and will show the value entered in the First and Last Name fields.

2.Sales Rep Group tab is renamed to General tab and is re-arranged to make room for new fields.

3.Detail tab is re-arranged for the new fields under Sales Rep Group information section. Log History is renamed to Sales Rep Group History which includes Service and Age fields, putting Years in the text box.

4.The Email tab is added where you can see a list of emails Received and Sent from/to a particular sales rep group and even view or remove those emails.

5.Documents tab is renamed to Attachments. Three new buttons are added at the bottom of the tab Rename, Save As, and Print.  Then the original three buttons are renamed to Add, Open and Delete.
