Change Posting or Unposting Error Message

Here are the new messages when posting or unposting on a closed or missing accounting period.

1. Posting a transaction on a Closed Period.

2. Unposting a transaction on a Closed Period.

3. Posting a transaction on a missing Period.

When the user select Yes button, the Fiscal Year Period form will open where they can edit the accounting period. Clicking No button will simply close the form and return the user to the current transaction.
