Bizcore Customer and Prospect Integration

This documentation will show how VisionCore contact records such as Customer and Prospect are integrated to BizCore database.

1.        Set your Bizcore Add-on Preferences

2.        In the Bizcore User Accounts area, it is where users with permission to configure add – on preferences can select from available VisionCore users.  The user can then assign the BizCore user and Password for each user.

a.Customer

When Add Customer button is clicked,

this message will be shown so you will know that the said customer is added to Bizcore.

When View Customer button is clicked,

you will be brought to the Bizcore page where the said customer’s information is shown.

When Forum Post button is clicked,

you will be brought to the Bizcore page where topics created by the selected customer are shown.

Be sure to add Bizcore in your subscription so that you can open the Forum through Forum Post button.

The same features are added to the Prospect form.
