Introduction

Introduction

This documentation explains how to use the software components and tools in the VisionCore ICE Architecture to build business software solutions and related software components. To use this kit, it is helpful to distinguish between the primary VisionCore components.

The components are used as follows:

•	The VisionCore presentation layer (End-user application and user interface) uses the VisionCore Application Programming Interface (VisionCore API) to run on top of the VisionCore Business Rules Layer (BRL) and uses the Links Components to integrate each module to one another.

•	The VisionCore Links Components uses the VisionCore Forms API to run on top of VisionCore Forms Components (end-user application and user interface).

•	The VisionCore Business Rules Layer (BRL) uses API to run on top of the Data Access Layer (DAL) to retrieve and update data, and to run database scripts.
