 System Manager
VisionCore was designed with flexibility and ease-of-use in mind. The System Manager offers both by coming with a complete set of default settings so you can begin entering data immediately or choose to customize any of the system settings at any time. You can choose the starting transaction numbers for all of your forms, setup the payment terms that you will accept from customers and vendors, create a custom list of shipping methods and much, much more.
Complex processes like inventory adjustments and system updates are simplified to work easily. You can even customize the look and feel of your Main Menu so that the background reflects your personality.
From the System Manager you have complete control over your security settings. This includes Form and Report level security per user.

Grow Your Business
VisionCore will allow you choose settings that will be applied system-wide as well as settings for individual users. You can save time by choosing default settings for how many copies and which style of form to print, calculate investments and loans and show reminders of incomplete tasks. Menu Navigation
The Main Menu provides several ways to navigating through the program. VisionCore allows you to drive your software via your keyboard if you prefer with hotkey combinations that are listed next to the most popular forms in the drop-down menus. This is great for more advanced users and can be a real timesaver.

Help
The Main Menu also provides a context-sensitive help file that can be directly accessed from any form by pressing the F1 key. We have also included a Help & Support form that gives you access to commonly asked questions as well as tutorials and videos.
