 Bill of Materials
The Bill of Materials Setup is where you specify your raw materials needed in producing a product and the stages that complete your production process.
Machine Setup
In order to move raw materials through the production process, VisionCore provides a setup utility to enter and track your production machinery. In addition, you can add costs related to each machine.
Production Order
The Production Order form is similar in functionality to the Sales Order form in that it allows you to specify the item to produce, the Customer who made the order, the date the order is placed and the delivery date. This is also where you can stipulate and track specific quantities to produce. When Posting a Production Order, your raw materials will be moved to your Work In Process.
Bill of Material to Process
To capture labor, machine, and other production costs to your Work In Process, the Bill of Material to Process form specifies these costs in the production of your product.
Stage to Process
The final step in the tracking of your production process is in the Stage to Process form. This form allows for the manually updating of production stages to complete in order to move your Work In Process to Finished Goods and as an In Stock quantity. |
