Image Premier's main menu consists of an easy to use office like interface.  With handy toolbars for commonly-used forms, you can quickly move from one task to another with a minimum of effort.

You will find a customizable Dashboard that provides an intuitive look into your business with over 25 different panels available.

The workflow menus provide a graphical way for new users to easily navigate all the modules in Image Premier. 

You can use the Company Navigator to organize your most used forms and reports.  There is also a quick search feature to allow fast access to your customers, prospects, inventory, receivables and vendors. 

These are just some of the ways in which Image Premier allows you to customize your experience without customizing the software.

The Main Menu provides several ways to navigating through the program. Image Premier allows you to drive your software via your keyboard if you prefer with hotkey combinations that are listed next to the most popular forms in the drop-down menus. This is great for more advanced users and can be a real timesaver.

The Main Menu also provides a context-sensitive help file that can be directly accessed from any form by pressing the F1 key. We have also included a Help & Support form that gives you access to commonly asked questions as well as tutorials and videos.

  Finding Data
There are over 80 different find forms in Image Premier and each user can configure those find forms exactly the way they want.  This includes the ability to choose which fields are displayed and in which order along with the default width of every field.

The following options are also user definable for each find form allowing you to mix and match your preferences.

» Auto Filter records as you type
» Show all records on open
» Sort Records based on any field you select
» Default Match (Any Part of Field, Start of Field, Exact Match)
